Welcome to Adventx! We value your experience and we are committed to providing you with a memorable adventure. However, we understand that plans can change. Please carefully review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking your adventure with us.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellations by Customers:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Customers will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the event: A 50% refund of the booking amount will be provided.
  • Cancellations made less than 7-15 days before the event: A 25% refund of the booking amount will be provided.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be provided, as we make arrangements in advance and allocate resources.

 

Cancellations for Jungle Safari:

  • Children above 12 yrs are considered as adults.
  • Safari once booked cannot be cancelled or transferred.
  • Date and time of the safari cannot be changed once booked.
  • At the max only 6 adults & 2-children can be accommodated in 1 Permit.
    • Pick up and drop by Gypsy from your resort is complimentary if your are staying in  any of these locations - Dhela Road, Dhikuli, Kyari and Chhoi.

    Last-Minute Cancellations:

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours before the event date are non-refundable.

    No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notification, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

    Cancellations by Adventx:

    • In rare circumstances where we are forced to cancel an event due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters), customers will have two options, Full Refund and Reschedule.
    • Full Refund: Customers will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
    • Reschedule: Customers may choose to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost, based on availability.

    Refund Process

    • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
    • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

    *Please note that any banking fees or charges applied during payment processing are non-refundable.

    Changes to Bookings

    • Changes requested more than 30 days before the event: Customers can reschedule their bookings or modify the participant details free of charge, subject to availability.
    • Changes requested between 15-30 days before the event: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the booking amount will apply.
    • Changes requested less than 7-15 days before the event: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the booking amount will apply. In case we are unable to accommodate your request for the desired rescheduled dates, alternate dates will be suggested. If you wouldn’t be able to accommodate these suggested dates, this case shall be treated as a cancellation under a 15-day period.
    • Changes requested less than 7 days before the event: A rescheduling fee of 30% of the booking amount will apply. In case we are unable to accommodate your request for the desired rescheduled dates, alternate dates will be suggested. If you wouldn’t be able to accommodate these suggested dates, this case shall be treated as a cancellation under 7 days.

    Refund Exceptions

    • Refunds will not be issued for any services that are voluntarily missed or unused during the event (e.g., leaving the event early, missed activities, etc.).
    • Refunds for events or bookings made under promotional offers, discounts, or non-refundable packages will not be provided.
